Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days up to 15 business days in some cases (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delays outside of our control: such as postal service problems that are outside of our control. Are potential delays due to a high volume of orders such as ACT OF GOD sender shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war or terrorism, economic crises, epidemics, governmental regulations adopted with a retroactive effect after the fact, fire, communication line failures, computer viruses, power failures, earthquakes or other disasters, Holidays, and New Year’s.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $0 flat rate shipping to [United States of America].

Free shipping for orders over $75 to all non- United States countries.

International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fashionfirstllc.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges.

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fashionfirstllc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
